Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Bandera, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 28, 2026 bids for this project has been rejected. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Removal and replacement of the hail damaged metal roof. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. SCOPE OF WORK 1) Remove and replace 54,507 SF of ribbed 24 gauge galvalume metal roofing 2) Remove and replace 406 LF metal roofing ridge cap 3) Remove and replace 54,507 SF vinyl faced/laminated insulation 4) Contractor shall be responsible for providing an onsite construction debris dumpster and disposing of all construction debris, crane and operator as needed for construction activities, and temporary toilet facilities. 5) All work areas are to be cleaned and debris created by replacement and repair are to be removed and disposed of by the contractor. 7) The Justice Center roof currently accommodates an array of communication antennas which must remain operational at all times. It shall be the responsibility of the roofing contractor to coordinate with Bandera County's preferred third-party vendor for antenna relocation. QA date - 10-1-2026 5:00 PM Any and all questions regarding this Invitation to Bid must be submitted in writing and addressed to Dieter Werner, Bandera County Engineer or emailed to dwerner@banderacounty.org.
