Replace Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for Liebert and EATON UPS systems in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the required services, except for items identified as Government-furnished. Work also includes the installation of a new 20 KVA UPS system with 480V input and 480V output, a minimum 10-minute battery capacity, and all required batteries. Contractors must provide documentation from the manufacturers demonstrating qualification and certification to work on the specified equipment. Documentation must also demonstrate access to OEM parts and confirm that cannibalized or used parts will not be supplied. Vendors are required to provide certified letters from EATON and Liebert confirming authorization as a third-party vendor and describe their parts procurement process, including sources for replacement parts. Priority will be given to authorized third-party vendors that obtain parts directly from EATON and Liebert. Optional contract line items may be exercised independently depending on whether specific UPS units remain in service or are replaced or removed from inventory.
