The work includes renovation and reuse of approximately 1,553 SF of the existing silo structures, construction of an approximately 1,700 SF outdoor amphitheater/stage, and a new approximately 1,430 SF restroom building. Site improvements include new concrete and decorative walks, permeable paving, synthetic turf, poured-in-place surfacing, site and catenary lighting, landscaping, site furnishings, monument signage, parking and accessible improvements, and associated grading, drainage, utilities, and site restoration. The project also incorporates architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology improvements necessary to support the new amphitheater, restroom facilities, and renovated silos, creating a multi-use community destination while incorporating the existing silo structures into the overall development.
