Site work and new construction of a stadium in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation apparatus, fuel, light and tools necessary for the entire completion of the project as outlined herein and shall construct in the best and most workmanlike manner the complete job and everything properly incidental thereto as shown on the plans, stated in the specifications, or reasonably implied therefrom, all in accordance with the Contract Documents, ready for occupancy and use in all respects. Provide materials as indicated and all labor and equipment necessary to construct the Covered Outdoor Arena Project as detailed in the drawings and specifications.
