Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
Construction of FTA access pads and sidewalk accessibility improvements. This work includes, but is not limited to, access pad , shelter pad , sidewalk, and related construction activities at various locations along City Utilities bus routes for a term of one (1 ) year. The contract will be issued as a unit price contract with a not to exceed amount. The work will include, but is not limited to, site work to prepare the site, minor grading, placement and compaction of granular backfill, placement of concrete slab and sidewalk, installation, removal, or relocation of bus shelters and cleanup of site, as necessitated by the work. Copies of related construction drawings are attached as " CU Standard Drawings TT-01 through TT-04, and additional drawings are referenced in the attached "RFP 83750 Supplement" in Section VI. Work at specific sites will be sent to the contractor under cover of an assignment letter containing details of the work to be completed at specific site(s). The assigned work is to be completed to the reasonable satisfaction of City Utilities within approximately 12 months from Contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed.
