Remodel of the automotive department at Mt. Hood Community College. Painting - Entire Space: Repaint the entire space. The upper portion of the walls will be Sherwin-Williams Snowbound SW7004, and the lower portion will be Sherwin-Williams Pussywillow SW7643. Sheen to match existing conditions. Paint interior doors Pussywillow SW7643 The color delineation is at the top of the red strip. The bottom darker color covers the red, approximately 48" AFF. Exterior doors are painted to match existing Epoxy Flooring: Provide separate pricing for refinishing the existing epoxy flooring and for installing a polished concrete finish. Kitchenette / Storage: Provide 6-8' of millwork with adequate storage and counter space for a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. 2 GFIs to support the appliances. Provide black Roppe wall cove base Pallet Racking: Bring the existing system into compliance with applicable code requirements, including seismic/earthquake-proofing requirements. Overhead Doors / Natural Lighting: Add glass to the top row of the overhead doors to provide additional natural lighting AV / Display: Provide a quad outlet for the Ford-provided display. Coordinate the outlet location and mounting height to accommodate the display at the proper height under the projector screen . Including a 36" x 48" x 3/4" thick backerboard. Paint the backerboard to match the wall color. Vehicle Lift: Replace the existing lift with a 12,000-lb. symmetrical two-post lift. Determine the existing concrete slab thickness at the proposed lift location; a 6 " minimum slab thickness is preferred. Contractor will perform the electrical disconnect of the existing lift and reconnect the new lift, including any additional power or outlet requirements. See attached lift specification sheet for requirements. If the existing slab does not meet the required depth, provide new 5' x 5' x 1' concrete pads beneath each post. The new lift must be slightly offset from the existing lift location. Existing anchor holes cannot be reused and must be properly epoxied.
