Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lighthouse Point, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project includes performing maintenance type repairs to fifteen (15) City-owned seawalls. These repairs include concrete spall repair, seawall refacing, crack sealing, pressure cleaning, and partial seawall cap replacement. The proposed scope of work also includes backfilling existing voids behind the existing seawalls. The locations include: Seawall east of Lighthouse Drive between NE 48th Court and NE 48th Street; Seawall northeast of Lighthouse Drive and NE 23rd Terrace; Seawall southeast of Lighthouse Drive and NE 23rd Terrace; Eleven (11) seawalls north and south along NE 39th Street; and, Seawall at the eastern end of NE 36th Street. Questions regarding the project or the qualification process shall be directed in writing to the Office of the City Clerk, City of Lighthouse Point, 2200 N.E. 38th Street, Lighthouse Point, Florida 33064 or by email at lhpadmin@lighthousepoint.com no later than October 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
