Renovation of an office development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
Provision of janitorial cleaning services in various Utah Transit Authority offices and work areas over a five-year contract term. Contractor will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience delivering janitorial services, as outlined in the Statement of Work and Specifications, to customers managing multiple building locations (each with more than 10 facility locations), with each facility containing a minimum of 5,000 square feet requiring janitorial cleaning services. The Proposer will provide at least three (3) customer references, each representing accounts with multiple service locations for which the Proposer has performed these services. A Proposer's failure to follow the format specified may be considered non-responsive.
