The Work for the said improvement, as required by the Contract Documents, is generally described as follows: This project includes the installation of a bolted steel tank flow equalization basin (FEB) and piping to equalize flow pumped from the nearby JBS processing plant and a future industrial client. Modulating valves will be replaced in the flow control structures upstream and downstream of the proposed FEB tank Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount), Maintenance Bond required (unspecified amount). Question Deadline 09/25/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than ten ( 10) days prior to the date of Bids may not be answered.
