General contracting work of similar scope for building renovation and site improvements at Minnesota Correctional Facility. The Project consists of the construction of renovation of the Administration Building. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2 Work under this Contract includes: Sitework: Rough and finish grading, paving, ground cover. Security gate, signage, parking lot extension, striping, and miscellaneous site improvements. Building Structure: 1) Steel bar joist/deck. Building Enclosure: Exterior wall systems of face brick, cavity wall insulation, stucco , EIFS, metal panels, prepainted metal siding. Roof patching Interior Finishes: Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block. Floor finishes of carpet, resilient sheet goods, ceramic tile, porcelain tile. Wall finishes of paint, vinyl wallcovering, wall fabric over tackable panels, brick, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, plaster. Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board, gypsum board soffits. 5) Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, wood doors, detention doors and frames, access panels, hardware, detention hardware, glazing, lockers, food service equipment, toilet accessories, signage, detention equipment, miscellaneous specialties. Mechanical Systems: Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. Heating including piping, piping insulation. Ventilation to include, air handlers, unit ventilators, fan coils, ductwork, duct insulation, chilled water piping. 4) Temperature control system. Electrical Systems: 1) Electrical distribution panels, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior and exterior lighting. Parking lot lighting. 3) Low voltage work to include: structured cabling, access control. 4) Fire alarm .
