This includes the delivery, installation, and materials for spring sub-flooring, mats, and pads. The primary function of the Tactical Defense Lab is to provide a safe and effective space for law enforcement students to learn combat and complete physical fitness exercises in a controlled environment. Awardee will be asked to provide a certificate of insurance. Proposals Should Include 1. 1.5" smooth texture mats 2. 3.
