LA28 seeks information from organizations that provide the design, permitting, installation, maintenance, and post-Games removal of temporary marine and shoreline piles that will support event infrastructure and cable anchoring systems at Marine Stadium, the Port of Los Angeles, and Belmont Shore. Services are intended to support LA28 venue operations by providing safe, stable foundations in both shoreline and offshore environments, while ensuring compliance with local flood control, water quality, and coastal regulatory requirements. Key delivery expectations include securing all necessary permits, completing installation before test events, maintaining structural integrity through the 2028 Games, and fully removing all piles and restoring affected shoreline and seabed areas following event completion. Respondents should demonstrate proven experience in marine pile engineering, installation, demolition, and permitting within Southern California coastal environments.
