The City of Fargo Public Works Department is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the existing building emergency generator system located at 402 23rd St. N Fargo ND, 58102 proposals will be uploaded for the purpose of evaluating costs and operating parameters on a new generator. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, coordination , and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and operational generator system. The existing generator is a diesel-powered system. The Contractor shall remove the existing generator and associated electrical equipment as specified herein. Removal of existing diesel fuel and existing diesel day tanks will be performed by others. The Owner intends to receive competitive bids for replacement of the existing generator with a nominal 200 kW generator system. Based on such inquiry, the City of Fargo may choose to issue an addendum in accordance with local state laws.
