Renovation of a medical facility in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Contractor provides professional services to include all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to complete the Upgrade Emergency Power Distribution project in accordance with this scope of work. All work must meet VHA, OSHA and EPA standards. This project is located at the VA Medical Center at 718 Smyth Rd., Manchester, NH 03104. The intent of this project is to make upgrades Manchester VA Medical Center's electrical distribution system. The project includes: o Replacing automatic transfer switches. o Replacing transformers. o Providing generator power to 480V distribution panels. o Providing generator power to Building 15 from the existing generators in Building 7 and removing the standalone generator currently used by Building 15. o Reconfiguring, replacing, and adding distribution panels. o Expanding and reconfiguring a Building 18 electric room. o Installing a security fence. *Estimated Construction Cost Range: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000* *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
