Site work and paving for a civil project in Mesa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of the design of two new bridges over the Roosevelt Water Conservation District (RWCD) canal and the East Maricopa Floodway (EMF) to connect Warner Road between Power Road and Sossaman Road. Design will include but is not limited to roadway, structures, geotechnical, lighting, drainage, Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), pedestrian and bicycle access, utility coordination and relocation, right-of-way acquisition, structural alternatives and scour analysis. Coordination with a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), private utilities, RWCD and the Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC) will be required. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Statements of Qualifications.
