The project generally consists of the replacement and renewal of the existing rooftop HVAC systems at York Civic Centre. The work includes the removal of two existing make-up air units (MAU-1 and MAU-2) and six existing air handling units (AHU-1 through AHU-6), and their replacement with new high-efficiency heat pump equipment complete with auxiliary heating, controls, and associated systems.
