The scope of work being considered is: turnkey modernization of an existing 1994 U.S. Elevator (Ascension 100) hydraulic elevator, with a capacity of 2,100 pounds operating at 115 FPM , including an add -alternate to modernize the passenger cab interior finishes. The elevator is located at the McMinnville Water Reclamation Facility (WRF), 3500 Clearwater Drive, McMinnville OR. This is a turnkey project with the Elevator Contractor being designated the "Prime Contractor" for all related and non-related work specified and required work unless specifically excluded or referenced to be done by others.
