Acquisition of a JSF Flight Equipment Trailer. SCOPE 2.1 The 412th Maintenance Group, Edwards AFB, CA, requests a proposal for the construction, delivery and installation of an approximately 36'x60' modular RLF immediately east of 1819C, at Edwards AFB, CA. 2.2 Contractor shall perform site preparation, erect safety barricades, site clean-up, and demobilization of facilities and sites as required in this SOW. 2.3 The contractor shall not perform inherently governmental functions as defined in FAR Subpart 7.5 in relationship to this SOW. DESCRIPTION OF WORK 3.1 Contractor shall perform all services required to complete investigations and specifications related to this SOW. The contractor shall adhere to UFC 3-301-01, UFC 3-310-04, MIL STD 3007, and all other Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) specifications, Military Specifications , Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Air Force Instructions (AFI), Edwards Air Force Base Standards, applicable laws, regulations, and standards that encompass this project. Contract personnel shall be escorted, by 461st FLTS F-35 Site Support personnel, while operating on the flightline and adhere to all rules and regulations of driving and working on the flightline. To meet the contract requirements, the Contractor shall prepare and furnish drawings, as required for the accomplishment of the project scope in accordance with the requirements of this SOW. The Contractor shall provide all drawings, complete details, warranty information, material samples , product data from manufacturer/suppliers, standard color charts/catalogues for proposed materials and finishes as applicable and the proposed work schedule for Air Force review and approval prior to commencement of any work. All contract drawings shall be well prepared, complete, and accomplished in accordance with the best professional practice to show clearly and concisely the type of work to be performed. All drawings shall be provided to the Government customer, Joshua Beaumont, for review. 3.1.2 The contractor shall provide all tools, material , and equipment necessary for contract performance. Government Furnished Property (GFP) is not being used/contemplated on this effort.
