The Godley Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a bid and reject the remainder without disclosure for any reason. Failure to make such a disclosure will not result in accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any bidder against the Godley Park District. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or bank cashier's check payable to the Godley Park District for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid as provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. The work in this Project generally consists of: 1. Site Improvements & Civil Infrastructure o Parking Facilities: Installation of concrete curbing, pavement, and sidewalks to serve a 12-car parking lot. o Utilities & Earthwork: Execution of necessary earthwork, site demolition, storm sewer installation, and water service connections. o Perimeter Control: Installation of site fencing. 2. Aquatic Splash Pad Construction o Surfacing & Piping: Placement of concrete pavement and all associated underground piping. o Mechanical & Electrical: Installation of interactive splash pad play features, power distribution, and specialized control equipment.
