Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com The Work of this Contract includes the replacement of the existing Cooling Towers CT-3 and CT-4 Code at Grace Hospital. The Owner shall have the first right of refusal of any salvageable equipment prior to demolition. The Contractor shall coordinate salvageable equipment with the Owner onsite prior to any equipment demolition. Question Deadline 09/29/2026 at 2:00 PM CT If the Bidder finds errors, discrepancies or omissions in the Contract Documents, or is unsure of the meaning or intent of any provision therein, the Bidder shall notify the Prime Consultant of the error, discrepancy or omission, or request a clarification as to the meaning or intent of the provision
