The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) requires a vendor to provide butting plates. The resulting document for this IFB shall be an Agency Contract between PennDOT and the awarded vendor. This contract will be used for purchasing supplies for PennDOT. Purchase orders shall be issued on an as needed basis. It is anticipated that the quantities noted in this IFB will be ordered annually. Delivery of all items is required FOB Destination within 60 calendar days of receipt of the purchase order. This bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Unless all Bids are rejected, and except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made through the issuance of a Agency Contract in accordance with the method of award. As a condition for receipt of award of an Agency Contract, the Bidder must be registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Vendor Master file. Vendor questions are due by 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 Questions and answers will be posted, via an Addendum, by 3:00 PM EST on Friday, October 2, 2026.
