Town of Jefferson , NC is seeking Firms to provide Qualifications for Downtown Streetscape Project - Phase II The Town of Jefferson seeks qualified firms to bid on the construction of its Downtown Streetscape Project- Phase II. Question Deadline 09/22/2026 No oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications for any goods and services or construction will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Owner's representative stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid. The Project consists of installing a new ADA compliant handicap ramp with retaining walls and railing, retaining wall seating at the museum plaza, town clock, paver placement at the intersection of Main St. at Academy St., parking lot improvements to include paving, striping and wheel stops, and flagpole planter improvements. Optional items that may be included (dependent upon bid cost) are concrete removal and replacement along the parking lot, drainage installation on Main St., restriping of the existing pavement markings on Main. St., additional sidewalk and curb and gutter installation from Worth St. to N. Main St. and from Ivy.
