Right of Way Acquisition Services (Specifically limited to: Titles, Closings, Value Analysis, Appraisal, and Appraisal Review only) are requested in order to improve the intersections of Roberts Rd. at Frazell Road and Roberts Road at Spindler Road. It is estimated there will be 33 parcels requiring acquisition. Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal & Appraisal Review will be under a separate consultant agreement. The City may select multiple firms for appraisals and titles. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant.
