Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for the construction of a 63,500-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.

The project is located at Camp Hubbard, 3608 Jackson Ave, Austin, TX 78731. The scope involves the demolition of the existing Building 10 and associated surface parking. Once the demolition is complete, contractor shall construct a new three-story building totaling 63,500 square feet.
