Interested parties are invited to submit qualifications and proposals for the Cleveland High School Modernization Project - Bid Package #7 Project Description: Replacement of an existing high school with a new comprehensive high school. Includes associated improvements to the nearby PPS-owned properties housing parking and athletics facilities, including replacement of the existing bleachers and field house. Additional athletic field improvements at the Powell Park and Hosford Middle School sites are also being studied for potential inclusion in the project. Scopes included in this RFQ: Exterior Overhead Doors, Intumescent Paint, Applied Fireproofing, Cladding, Skylights, Roofing, and Cementitious Wall Panels. The pre-proposal conference will provide an overview of the Project, a review of the RFQ, and to answer any questions Bidders may have. Attendance and presentation details will be issued as part of an addendum. The conference is held for the benefit of Bidders. Statements made by the Project representatives are not binding unless confirmed by written addendum. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents will not be available. The information contained online may change over time and without notice to Bidders or registered users.
