Site work and renovation of a golf course in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Golf course improvements including requirements for GCBAA membership and SOX certification. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond. The Spring 2027 Fox Hollow Golf Course Improvements Project consists of three (3) primary phases: Phase 1 (Bid Schedule A) - Lake Bank Stabilization: Stabilization of the primary irrigation lake on Meadow 9 using the patented SOX system , installed by a certified SOX installer. Phase 2 (Bid Schedule A) - Bunker Renovations: Renovation of bunkers on three Fox Hollow Golf Course holes: Canyon 4, Canyon 6, and Links 23. Phase 3 (Bid Schedule B) Cart Path Replacement: Removal and replacement of approximately 12,481 square feet of damaged concrete cart path at locations identified by the Owner. NOTE: The City may choose not to accept Bid Schedule B based on cost and contractor subcontractor references and performance. The City may, at its discretion, opt to issue a separate Invitation to Bid at a later date for this work. The overall project is anticipated to proceed from March through May 2027, subject to weather and site conditions. Golf Course operations and play will continue throughout the project. City will adjust the play areas for patron and staff safety. The project is to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the start of Phase 1 through the end of Phase 3, anticipated to be on or around May 28, 2027.
