Replacement of variable frequency drive number 2 at the High Service Pump Station. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. The Work consists of: Installing new local control panels for Pump 2, Pump 4 , And Pump 6 on the mezzanine level in the high service pump station. Update VFD wiring to accommodate the new LCPs. Coordinate with VFD manufacturers as required. Provide updated as- built wiring diagrams after the modifications. Coordinate with manufacturers to verify the VFD keypads are operational and capable of pump control as indicated in the contract documents. Program the Keypad such that when selected to operate on keypad local mode, the keypad is capable of full range of pump control . The LCP local mode and keypad local mode modification should not affect the existing remote mode controls. Update RIO-110A and RIO- 110B and associated programming to accommodate new IO identified in the Contract Drawings. Make necessary changes to provide a fully functional system.
