Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Burlington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,000-square-foot fire / police facility.
Proposers must direct any questions and clarifications to rbutcher@burlingtonkyfire.org If the Apparatus floor upgrade at the fire station. Project to encompass approximately 7000 sq/ft All costs must be identified in the proposal in detail , including off-site removal of all existing materials, if necessary. Coatings must be identified clearly in your proposal Repair and patch all areas of bay floor where needed Supply and install the color of choice of the BFPD Incorporate existing trench drains into the project to allow water to drain without interference. Flooring must take thresholds of all doors into consideration. Supply and installation of striping guidelines for apparatus, in the color of choice of the BFPD Supply and installation of the department logo in the center of the floor. Companies, contractors, or subcontractors must be identified and proof of insurance for all workers and work must be included in the proposal . This includes liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and bonded as necessary for working on BFPD premises.
