The work of this Contract generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 800 linear feet of six-inch diameter ductile iron water main from the intersection of Buttermilk Way and Bay Drive to House No. 25 Buttermilk Way, 500 linear feet of eight-inch diameter PVC water main within the Taylor Point Marina parking lot from the Taylor Point Marina boat ramp to the intersection of Wright Lane, and 200 linear feet of six-inch PVC water main within the Taylor Point Marina parking lot from Wright Lane to the Taylor Point Marina Operations Building including associated service connections, fittings, hydrants, valves, and appurtenances. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
