Question Deadline 10/04/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the development of the North Mirror Pond Parking and Event Space. he City of Bend, Oregon (the "City") requests proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the North Mirror Pond Parking and Event Space Project (Project No. 1PNMP) (the "Project"). The Project will transform the existing North Mirror Pond Parking Lot into a multi-use public plaza and parking facility that supports community events, tourism, parking, and daily public use. The Project includes construction of a performance platform, public restrooms, trash enclosure, bicycle parking, lighting, landscaping, utility improvements, relocation of an existing fire hydrant, and improvements to Brooks Alley. The City intends to retain the selected CM/GC to provide preconstruction services during design and, subject to successful Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) negotiations, construction services for the Project.
