Renovation of a recreation facility in Ridgefield, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility.

Replacement of existing gutters at the Event Center. The project consists of removing and replacing two (2) runs of gutters on the North and South sides of the Clark County Event Center for the main roof. The runs are approximately +/-542 LF. Project Questions shall be directed in writing to Ryan Schmit with Facilities Management at Ryan.Schmit@clark.wa.gov SPECIFICATIONS for GUTTER REMOVAL and REPLACEMENT 1. Remove and replace existing gutters with new 7" x 7" x 24"-guage F-Style gutters. 2. There will be two (2) runs of +/- Lineal Feet. 3. The existing downspouts should remain and be reused in their existing locations. 4. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of old gutters. 5. The contractor must keep the jobsite clean and free of debris, nails, crews, garbage, etc. 6. The awarded contractor is responsible for field measurements to verify correct lengths, sizes and downspout replacements. 7. Brackets that tie back to the main roof shall be new. 8. All seams between gutter lengths must be sealed and riveted together 9. The contractor is responsible for all tools, lifts, ladders, safety equipment, barricades, etc. , and any other necessary items or equipment to complete the project. 10. Contractor is responsible for all safety tie off or other Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act (WISHA) standards.
