Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Eureka, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, supplies, parts, permits, fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide remove and legally dispose of one (1) 3-ton gas furnace and air conditioning unit, and furnish and install one (1) new 4-ton air conditioning unit, one (1) new 3-ton gas furnace and air conditioning unit, and one (1) new Mini Split cooling and heating system, and related equipment and materials to Caltrans. Contractor License Type B General Building Contractor C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a three percent (3%) participation is required for this IFB.
