Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

This project provides for the construction of a new Harrison City Maintenance Facility at Milepost 63.22 EB in Westmoreland County. The maintenance facility includes construction of buildings, and all associated site and supportive work as follows: Work items include, but are not limited to: 1) Site Work - Grading, Paving, Installation of Two1.25MW Gas CHP Gas Generators 2) Building No. 1 - Office and Maintenance Building, 23,767 SF 3) Building No. 2 - Truck Garage, 14,520 SF 4) Building No. 3 - Logistics, 14,520 SF 5) Building No. 4 - Pump House/Switchgear, 5,075 SF 6) Building No. 5 - Fuel Island, 1,476 SF 7) Building No. 6 - Salt Shed, 15,900 SF 8) Building No. 7 - Open Storage 1, 2,016 SF 9) Building No. 8 - Open Storage 2, 2,016 SF 10) Solar Field (2.5MWdc Solar PV) Milepost 63.22 EB is located approximately 3.5 miles West of the I-76 &SR30 Interchange (Irwin), Exit 67, in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. An electronic bid bond, from an approved vendor, with corporate surety, in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3) low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the contract is approximately four [4] weeks.)
