Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform grounds maintenance and snow removal services at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rome Research Site. Services include routine grounds maintenance, landscape upkeep, mowing, trimming, vegetation control, and snow and ice removal in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and associated requirements. The contractor shall furnish the personnel, equipment, and operational support required to maintain exterior grounds and ensure safe access and site conditions throughout the performance period. The work includes both self-performed and subcontracted services as proposed by the contractor and requires the capability to provide ongoing grounds maintenance and seasonal snow removal operations. Performance includes maintaining Government property in a safe, functional, and professional condition through scheduled and responsive services. The anticipated base period of performance is from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with option periods extending performance through October 31, 2031, and an additional priced six-month extension for snow removal services.
