Demolition and site work for a civil project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This project will eliminate five pump stations, which are Barrington Hills PS, Barrington Hills BLK. F PS, Gil Volz PS, Kildare Crossings PS, and Kirkridge Acres PS. Upon these eliminations, an allgravity sanitary sewer solution of approximately 9,667 linear feet of 8- inch to 18-inch will be provided . This project also includes an additional downstream gravity sewer and removal of a bottle neck in the collections system along First Street in Addyston. The work takes place in Addyston, Miami Township, and Green Township, Hamilton County, Ohio Questions on this project or any part of the Contract Documents and other project documents must be sent via e-mail to the Buyer of Record at joshua.tucker@cincinnati-oh.gov by the established deadline for questions, no later than 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
