Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Camden, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Design and construction of an asphalt trail and two asphalt parking lots at Kirkwood Park; includes installation of waste receptacles, benches, bollards, and outdoor exercise equipment. Scope of Work Design and construct an approximately 1,600 foot long, 6-foot-wide asphalt trail in Kirkwood Park. The asphalt used shall be a minimum of three inch thick hot mix asphalt designed for non -vehicular use. The trail shall have a cross slope of 2% to provide for proper drainage. Design and construct two asphalt parking lots approximately 30 feet x 120 feet in size. Purchase and install ten waste receptacles, seven metal benches, and seven metal bollards.
