The following work schedule shall apply to all contractors. The intent is to separate the Contractors and construction work from Students and District Staff at all times during construction. Therefore, all work in buildings shall be in buildings that are unoccupied by District Staff and students. The periods when the buildings are scheduled to be unoccupied , correspond to the work schedule periods listed below. The contractors must follow this work schedule at only the locations and at the periods indicated. The District will provide notification to the Prime Contractors if there are changes to beginning and ending dates. The contractor shall divide work into portions that can be finished to completion for each of scheduled periods listed below. No work area shall be left in an unsafe manner upon the end of a given construction work schedule period . Contractor must provide to the Architect a detailed schedule for work within 30 days of award of contract.
