Site work and new construction of a residential development in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Construct underground electrical service for seven residential customers. Scope - The Contractor shall construct underground electric developments as shown on the customers' Service Line Drawings (SLD), shown in Attachment B that shall be in accordance with NTUA's underground standard referenced in Attachment A. The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to successfully complete the work described herein and shall perform all work in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and conditions set forth in Attachment A. The Contractor's scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Trenching necessary for the installation of underground electrical facilities. Installation of the required conduit in accordance with NTUA's Underground Standards. Preparation of fiber-crete/concrete equipment pads required for the underground electrical installations. Installation of both primary and secondary 90-degree galvanized rigid conduit (GRC) elbows as required. Installation of the secondary electrical service beyond the equipment pad, including the required meter pedestal and associated facilities.
