Professional Services The Shelbyville Power, Water, and Sewerage System is requesting Statements of Qualifications for a consulting engineer for preliminary project design, final project design, testing, inspection, and other project engineering services as needed. The Shelbyville Power, Water, and Sewerage System is applying for Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant funds for the expansion of the sanitary sewer system. Engineering firms will be rated on the following criteria: o Past work performance including quality of work, timeliness, and cost control; o Capacity of firm to perform the work within time limitations; o Familiarity of the firm with the problems applicable to the project; and o Specialized experience or technical expertise of the firm with this type of project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
