The City of Vancouver is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms for consulting services to perform the necessary professional services for the Fourth Plain Boulevard Mobility Improvements Project. The Project includes federal and state funds and is intended to provide bicycle and pedestrian facility improvements in the project area. This agreement will follow the WSDOT LAG Manual and all rules, regulations, statutes and policies whatsoever required by the funding sources.
