Construction of a ballistic steel plated system along the perimeter of the Emergency Operations Center windows, including furniture relocation, electrical receptacle relocation, drywall and paint finish of steel plates, and restoration of impacted surfaces. Question Deadline 10/06/2026 at 2:00 AM PT Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of any of the documents shall make a written request to the City electronically The WORK shall include but is not limited to furnishing, constructing and installing new steel ballistic panels per contract drawings, including the following major work items: 1 . Selected demolition and removals. 2. Furnish and install cold formed steel framing. 3. Furnish and install steel ballistic plates on steel framing 4. Clean and paint new ballistic panel assemblies 5. Furnish, install or repair all architectural/electrical items removed to facilitate the construction or installation of the new ballistic steel panel assemblies. 6. Clean and restore work area back to its original condition.
