Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Learning Commons and Family Studies Renovations. The project consists of the renovations of a Family Studies room, The Learning Commons and Stairs. Substantial Completion of the renovation is required by: October 29, 2027 Completion of the Family Studies is required by: January 29, 2027 Completion of the Stair is required by: August 20, 2027 Completion of the Learning Commons is required by: October 29, 2027 Tenders will be accepted from the General Contractors prequalified by the OCDSB. Asbestos Abatement, Data Cabling, Flooring, Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well. If a Tenderer is in doubt about the meaning or intent of any part of the tender documents, or if a Tenderer finds a discrepancy, omission, or ambiguity, the Tenderer shall submit questions to the Consultant in writing at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the tender closing date.
