The City of Ammon is seeking bids from qualified Facilities Maintenance Companies to provide routine and preventative maintenance services, as well as small and large maintenance repairs to City of Ammon buildings. These services will primarily be utilized for routine and preventative maintenance. Companies submitting bids may submit multiple bids. Each bid will be evaluated individually on its own merit. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid, which in its judgment will best serve the City's interests. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the submittal process. The City may require up to ninety days (90) days after opening the bids to make a final decision. Any questions or requests for clarification related to this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing to jdahm@ cityofammon.us. Answers to questions shall be posted on the City's website, on the City Clerk's Page.
