Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of the lime sludge line at the Water Purification Plant. Major Components of the Project include: Demo existing 4-inch Ductile Iron lime sludge line under the concrete floor of Basin 2 and Basin 3. Demo existing vertical 4-inch piping, valves, and fittings into Basin 2 and Basin 3 sludge hoppers. Provide and install 8-inch mechanical joint Ductile Iron Pipe under the floor of Basin 2 and Basin 3 and encase in concrete. Provide and install 8-inch vertical flanged ductile iron process water piping, valves, and fittings from the pipe gallery floor and through the wall of the Sludge Hoppers for Basin 2 and Basin 3. Provide, install, and perform electrical work connecting the new 8-inch plug valve actuator to existing Basin 2 and Basin 3 control panel. 6. Provide painting and labeling of new process water piping.
