The City of Bartlett, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide services related to construction of ITS Upgrades and Expansion along Stage Road, Bartlett Boulevard, Kirby Whitten Road, and various intersections in the City. The project will consist of the installation of new traffic signal communication fiber, upgrades to existing traffic signal controllers and communication equipment, upgrades to existing Traffic Management Center (TMC) software, and retiming traffic signals along Stage Road from Shelby Street to Summer Avenue.
