Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Baggs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,200-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
For the Transmission Main and Storage Shop Project. These improvements are generally described as follows: The construction of a 30 x 40 storage shop including but not limited to: underground electrical, footings, foundation, floor, framing, sheathing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, and painting. All questions shall be submitted to Drew Homola at dhomola@ dowl.com or by calling (307)-763-0939 by 12:00 p.m., MST on Wednesday, September 30th, 2026. Bids are to remain open for 60 days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities of any bid. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to such responsible bidders as may be determined by the Owner.
