The scope of this Contract consists of the construction of a redundant wastewater transmission force main along the Biscayne Boulevard corridor. The project includes the installation of approximately 2.7 miles of force main ranging from 20 inches to 42 inches in diameter to enhance the reliability, resiliency, and operational flexibility of the regional wastewater transmission system. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. the Request for Information (RFI's) Due Date has been revised to September 17, 2026, by close of business, 5:00 p.m. Question Deadline 10/09/2026 If the Bidder should be in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or is of the opinion that the Plans and Specifications contain errors or contradictions, or reflect omissions, they shall submit a written request to the Engineer for interpretation or clarification. Each such request must be in the hands of the Engineer at least five (5) days before the date for the formal opening of bids.
