Demolition and removal of existing steel beams, decking, concrete surface, and handrails; installation of new structural steel beams, metal decking, concrete surfacing, mesh handrails, and bridge-to-building threshold. ew steel beams will be installed with metal decking on top to allow for the installation of new concrete surfacing and handrail . A new threshold will connect the Falcon Hall exterior door with the replacement bridge. Project Location: Dutchess Community College; 53 Pendell Road, Poughkeepsie NY 12601. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
