Water line replacement project funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and a State Revolving Fund loan, involving underground utility infrastructure work. The intent of this contract is to provide for the water line replacements adjacent to West Pines Road in Greene County, TN for the Cross Anchor Utility District. Work includes the installation of water pipe, valves, appurtenances, and all other work detailed in the Technical Specifications and Construction Drawings. The work included under these specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operation, or methods listed, mentioned, or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein including all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for their completion. The Work will be substantially completed within 210 days ; Final completion- 240 days Question Deadline 10/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered . Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
