Removal and replacement of three fire hydrants, including branch valves, capping of existing connections, and hot tapping of water mains. Contract Documents may be purchased by check in the amount of the non-refundable deposit of $35.00 per set. The check should be made out to the City of Chattanooga and mailed to the City of Chattanooga Purchasing Department, 101 East 11th Street, Suite G13, Chattanooga, TN 37402. Prior to mailing the check you can scan and email a copy to bidinfo@chattanooga.gov. Once the email has been received with a copy of the check the requested bid documents will be emailed. Question Deadline 10/09/2026 If a Bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or if he finds discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from any of the Contract Documents, he shall immediately submit a written request at least five (5) calendar days in advance of the bid opening date to the Engineer for interpretation or clarification.
